Soosaipillai I. Keethaponcalan, Ph.D., a doctoral graduate of the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, has been named department head of the Department of Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Columbo in Sri Lanka.
Keethaponcalan is the author/co-author of numerous publications including Sri Lanka, Perspectives on the Ceasefire Agreement of 2002 (2009).
