SHSS Doctoral Student Publishes Article on Mediation and Small Claims Court

Christopher W. Smithmyer, a doctoral student in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) has published an article entitled: “Principles of Abandonment: Relinquishing the Primacy of Archaic Adversarial Proceedings In Small Claims Court Cases in Favor of Volunteer Mediation,” in the Journal of the Bar Association of Queensland.
