SHSS Faculty and Doctoral Candidate Present at AAMF Conference In Sacramento

Shelley Green, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Family Therapy (DFT) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) and Lauryn Salassi Gilliam, M.S., a doctoral candidate in DFT, presented a workshop entitled “Sex, Lies, and Love: A Both/And Approach to Infidelity, Abuse, and Addiction” at the annual conference of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in Sacramento, CA on Oct. 3, 2009.

Green’s book, Quickies: The Handbook of Brief Sex Therapy, co-edited with Douglas Flemons, Ph.D., Professor in DFT and Director of NSU Student Counseling, has been translated into Spanish and will be distributed by W.W. Norton under the title Manual de Terapia Breve Sexual.
