SHSS Faculty on Panel at National Diversity Council Women in Leadership Symposium

Debra Nixon, Ph.D., faculty in the Department of Family Therapy (DFT) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) served as a guest panelist for the National Diversity Council's 2nd Annual Women in Leadership Symposium. This year's symposium was held at the Bankers Club of Miami in the One Biscayne Tower and the theme was "Winning Strategies for Success." Nixon's presentation was entitled "Superwoman, employee, mother, and wife." She also accepted an invitation to present at the National Diversity Council’s Conference in March 2010 in Orlando, Florida.
