Christopher W. Smithmyer, a doctoral student in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has authored an article in the upcoming issue of Necrosymbiosis, Journal of Alternative Perspectives in the Social Sciences, Forthcoming, December 2009. Issue 3 Vol. 1. Smithmyer's article is entitled, "Sovereignty Abandoned: Bernard Kouchner's Assault on the Westphalia Doctrine."
